What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number (if given), service of interest, budget range, and the content of your message.
When you place a store or print order, we additionally collect the files you upload, the options you select, your delivery address if you choose delivery, and any notes you add. We do not collect payment information through this site — orders are confirmed and invoiced by the studio directly.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry or order and, if you become a client, to deliver the project or product you've engaged us for. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we store it
Enquiries are sent to a studio email address through our email provider. Orders, including uploaded files, are stored with our database and file-storage provider and are only accessible to the studio. We keep enquiry and order records only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you or complete the work.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it — for example which pages are viewed and whether someone taps our phone or WhatsApp links. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and processes data such as your approximate location, device and browser. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies in your browser.
No advertising cookies are set by this site.
